The bulk of this Instant Pot soup recipe is potato and corn, which are both relatively cheap ingredients to pick up no matter what the season. Add some broth and seasoning and it magically turns into a filling meal everyone will love.
Beef Instant Pot Soup Recipes
Instant Pot Taco Soup
One of the best things about Instant Pot Taco Soup – like any good taco night – is that everyone can top it off the way they like it. Corn chips or crushed tortilla chips are always a family favorite, along with shredded cheddar. Freshly chopped lettuce, tomato, and red onion are also big hits, along with sliced avocado and sour cream. Basically, if it works on a taco, it’ll work with this soup!
Instant Pot Cheesy Hamburger Soup
There’s a lot to love here – it tastes like a cheeseburger in a bowl! It also includes a whole bunch of “hidden” vegetables. Once cooked into the soup, the kids won’t even notice or protest them – but the good stuff is in there!
Instant Pot Beef Stew
Beef stew is a cold-weather favorite. Tender chunks of beef and vegetables are perfect for a chilly day. This Instant Pot soup recipe will give you the beautiful flavors of the traditional favorite in a fraction of the time.

Bean Instant Pot Soup Recipes
Instant Pot Black Bean Soup
Traditionally, cooking with dry black beans means you’ll have to soak the beans for twelve hours or more before cooking or cook for an extended period of time. Using this Instant Pot soup recipe, you can turn this into a weeknight soup. My favorite accompaniments for this soup are cornbread and a big salad, topped with avocado, tomatoes, and cheese, of course.
Instant Pot Mixed Bean Soup
Bean soups are so hearty and filling – perfect to dig into after a long, chilly day of raking leaves or shoveling snow. This Instant Pot soup recipe, bulked up with the addition of smoked sausage, takes the flavor to another level.
Instant Pot Italian Sausage and Bean Soup
Instant Pot Sausage and Bean Soup is a hearty, stick-to-your-ribs kind of soup. The sausage adds a lot of flavor to the soup, and the beans add a great texture. Tomatoes and broth help all the tastes marry together in this soup. Top it off with some shredded parmesan and you’ve got a big bowl of comforting Italian flavors.
Instant Pot Ham and Bean Soup
Instant Pot Ham and Bean Soup is the perfect blend of comfort, satisfaction and ease for those chilly evenings. It just begs to be accompanied by a cozy fire, a skillet of golden cornbread and a slow pace for enjoying.
Chicken Instant Pot Soup Recipes

Chock full of chicken and vegetables, this may become your new favorite fall Instant Pot soup recipe! I love to serve this along with some warm, fluffy biscuits, which are perfect for mopping up the extra broth, and a big salad.
Instant Pot Chicken Barley Soup
This Instant Pot soup recipe calls for items that you probably have in your pantry and freezer. Prep is speedy because the chicken doesn’t need to be precooked, and using frozen vegetables means no chopping is required. All you have to do is get everything into the Instant Pot and start the cook time – then you’re free to take care of things like homework and laundry while it cooks.
Instant Pot Chicken Pot Pie Soup with Pie Crust Croutons
This Instant Pot soup recipe has all the flavors of a classic pot pie, but it’s simple enough to pull off on a busy night. Using the Instant Pot makes this a hands-off, one-pot dish

Instant Pot Spicy Chicken Soup
Take a classic chicken soup and merge it with taco-inspired flavors and the result is this delicious Instant Pot Spicy Chicken Soup. Corn, bean, and peppers replace the traditional vegetables, and you’ll find rice in this, instead of noodles. But, the classic comfort you’re used to still abounds.
Instant Pot Thai Chicken Curry Soup
Instant Pot Thai Chicken Curry Soup is a takeout-worthy dish you can make at home! Despite the sriracha, this Instant Pot Thai Chicken Curry Soup isn’t as spicy as you might thin. The soup itself is mild and nourishing. The sriracha is added to taste, so you can make it as spicy or mild as you’d like.
Instant Pot Chicken Avocado Lime & Cilantro Soup
This Tex-Mex inspired soup includes some of your favorite burrito or taco ingredients. The base of this soup features chicken, rice, black beans, and tomatoes in a chicken broth. It’s hearty, and flavorful, but doesn’t feel heavy since a bit of lime juice brightens up the broth considerably.
Instant Pot Chicken Minestrone Soup
Instant Pot Chicken Minestrone Soup is a healthy, Italian-style soup that will warm you up without weighing you down. So many of my favorite soups are creamy – it’s nice to have this delicious broth based one in the rotation to balance things out. In less than an hour, you’ll have a dreamy soup ready for your table. My Rosemary Goat Cheese Muffins are a great accompaniment, along with a big salad.
Instant Pot Southwest Chicken Chowder
Instant Pot Southwest Chicken Chowder is creamy and delicious. We top this off with shredded cheddar and a sprinkle of fresh topped cilantro, but this soup is a great base for any of your favorite taco toppings. Crushed tortilla chips or sour cream would also be great! Altogether, you’ll spend less than 10 minutes getting this soup loaded in the Instant pot because there’s no chopping required. Somehow, that makes it taste even better!
Instant Pot Chicken Cock-a-Leekie Soup
Considering the winter winds in Scotland, it’s no wonder this warm and wonderful dish is considered their national soup. If you’re looking for an easy dinner for a cold day, look no further than this Instant Pot soup recipe!

Instant Pot Split Pea Soup with Ham
Split Pea Soup is a family favorite. It’s one of the dishes my grandmother used to make and we’d all sit around her giant dining table sopping up the broth with bread from the deli. As a sucker for tradition, I still love to serve Instant Pot Split Pea Soup with Ham with a loaf of crusty, deli-style bread. Cornbread, pretzel rolls, or a big salad would all be great options too.
Instant Pot Chili Recipes

Instant Pot Pumpkin Black Bean Chicken Chili
The pumpkin flavor in this chili isn’t overpowering, so don’t write it off if you’re not a pumpkin fan. It’s really just a great, seasonal vegetable base to build the rest of the flavors off of. Filled with black beans and chicken, this is hearty without being heavy.
Instant Pot Black Bean Butternut Squash Chili
This Instant Pot soup recipe is vegetarian, but you won’t miss the meat – it’s hearty and filling and perfect for chilly fall days. My favorite part of this Instant Pot soup recipe is that all of the ingredients are things that I regularly keep in the pantry or freezer. Individually, they may not seem like anything special, but altogether they make an amazingly flavorful chili!
Instant Pot White Chicken Chili
Instant Pot White Chicken Chili is one of my personal favorites. The creamy texture combined with just a little kick from the chopped green chilies is just so good on a chilly evening. Generally, it involves some planning because my slow cooker version of this chili requires the beans to be pre-soaked. Luckily, Instant Pot White Chicken Chili speeds this process right along.
Instant Pot Velma’s Chili
This chili is a great base recipe, which means it’s really easy to adapt too. Try switching out the ground beef for turkey or venison, or adding in some more vegetables. Get creative with toppings, too – from shredded cheese and diced green onions to cream cheese and fritos!

When you click thru to each recipe and then the print button on the recipe card, it should show up with just the text and no picture. If yours is still showing up with the picture, then I would just copy & paste the text into another document and print it from there. Hope that helps!!
