Hi, I’m Tiffany!

I started Eat at Home in 2008 with one simple goal: to help real families get real dinners, because as a wife and mom of four I know what a struggle that can feel like at times.

Back then I was a busy mom of four kids, juggling homeschooling, activities, work, and all the beautiful chaos of family life. I knew how overwhelming 5:00 p.m. could feel, and I wanted a place where other moms could find practical, doable recipes that actually fit real schedules.

So Eat at Home was born.

Over the years a lot has changed. My kids are all grown now and dinners are much quieter.

But one thing hasn’t changed:

Eat at Home is still a resource for busy families. Millions of people have cooked my recipes and over 34,000 have used Eat at Home Meal Plans to get dinner on the table.

Eat at Home is for Busy Families

Eat at Home offers:

I’ve cooked through every stage of family life—babies and toddlers, picky eaters, hungry teenagers, and  young adults with schedules of their own. The recipes here reflect all of that experience: practical meals that don’t require fancy ingredients or hours of prep.

Because most nights, what we really need is just a good, simple dinner that brings people to the table.

A New Chapter

These days my life and interests have grown beyond the kitchen. Along with recipes, I’m also writing and talking more about health, habits, and how women can flourish in midlife.

I have a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology and a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology Coaching.

I’ve gone through my own transformation and health journey over the years and now I help other women in midlife flourish and thrive.

If you’d like to follow along with that part of my work, you can find it at Flourish52.com, where I share ideas and encouragement for living well after 50.
