White Enchiladas
I’ve had this recipe on my “to-make” list for quite a while now. I shouldn’t have waited so long to try it out. Even my son, who doesn’t like enchiladas, liked these. Angel Chicken
I’ve seen this recipe floating around the internet for a while now. A friend even gave me a copy written in handwriting on a recipe card a few months ago. I’d put off trying it though, because it calls for Cambell’s Golden Mushroom Soup, which I can’t seem to find. Finally, I decided that I could substitute. I’m glad I did. Honey Hoisin Chicken in the Slow Cooker
This dinner was waiting for us when we came in from a marathon dentist appointment today. It was so nice to throw some rice on to cook, steam some broccoli and sit down to dinner. We ate every bite of it too.
The prep is simple, with just a few ingredients. In case you’re wondering what the dixie cup in the picture holds, it’s white wine. I froze wine in dixie cups instead of using ziplock bags this time. It works great.
