Simple and delicious. That’s pretty much what I look for the most in a recipe when I’m planning my menus. Making this in the slow cooker means it’s also cool!
There are literally five ingredients (besides salt and pepper of course!) in this recipe for pork chops. I like that! It means it’s going to take me less time to put together, and less time to clean up. The great thing is less ingredients doesn’t mean less flavor in this case! This is a great meal that we’ve loved eating many times.
There are lots of great sides you could pair to make this dish a full meal. We love it with garlic mashed potatoes. I like to serve it with smashed sweet potatoes sometimes, and I think honey glazed carrots would be a great match for these pork chops, too.
