There’s something about Italian food that is both comforting and romantic. Especially because there are so many recipes can be made just as well in the crockpot as on the stove!
Just look at that plate of food! It reminds me more of lasagna than pizza. But either way, this Pepperoni Pizza Chicken and Eggplant Parm Bomb is delicious. I love that it combines so many of our favorite ingredients and flavors in such an easy way. It is considered “Primal Friendly”, if you are looking for meals that follow those guidelines.
I also love that you can use ingredients straight from your garden. Garden fresh eggplant is THE best. It’s much more tender, and has even better flavors than what you’ll find in the supermarket. Of course, I love fresh herbs from my herb garden. I think that takes things to a new level of deliciousness.
