This recipe makes use of several quick meal tricks:
First, it’s built on pasta. Pasta is fast to cook, making it a great ingredient to build a meal on.
Second, this one uses rotisserie chicken (or other chicken that you’ve cooked and frozen).
Third, the veggie is added to the main dish. A bag of pre-cut and cleaned kale requires no extra prep work.
