These just might be the best cookies I’ve ever made, especially when they are warm out of the oven. Used wisely, they just might get you whatever you want 😉 They are a delicious adaptation of a cookie called My Man’s Cookies from the Vanguards Cookbook my sister-in-law gave me.
Here’s what you’ll need:
This makes a lot of cookies, which is a good thing. You can freeze them in ziplock bags if you don’t eat them all right away.
Way to a Man’s Heart Cookies

- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 bag Heath toffee chips

I love this recipe. They look soooo yummy and I can’t wait to try them. I bet I could get two clean rooms out of my boys (with no legos on the floor), by bribing them with these!
Thanks for the recipe!

I am a cookie fanatic. Seriously, I can eat and make just about any cookie. These look and sound amazing! I am allowing myself one “cheat” day a week on my diet, so these will definitely be what I make on my next cheat day.

When do you put in the coconut?
Tiffany says
Coconut goes in with the Heath chips and chocolate chips. I edited the recipe to show that. Thanks
