I love keeping things simple.  Especially, when it comes to dinner prep.  One way to streamline things, is to use few ingredients.  It’s not always possible, but there are many main dish recipes that can be made with just 3 ingredients.  (I’ll be sharing 4 and 5 ingredient recipes soon too.)

For these, I didn’t count salt and pepper as ingredients.  That was too nit-picky.  I also counted the rice in the first recipe as a side, not an ingredient for the dish.  Call me a cheater if you want.
