I don’t think it gets easier than this recipe. When Campbell’s asked me to try another one of their Dinner Sauces to create a Christmas or New Year’s recipe, I knew what I wanted to try.
We love little cocktail meatballs and I knew Campbell’s Hawaiian Luau Dinner Sauce would make them great. I was right! I bumped up the pineapple in the sauce by adding a can of pineapple chunks. The sauce also has red bell pepper in it. It’s full of flavor and a nice twist on traditional cocktail meatballs.
These are perfect to serve at a party, but they also make a great dinner. We had them served over rice with broccoli on the side.
Here’s what you’ll need for this easy recipe:
Slow Cooker Hawaiian Luau Meatballs
- 1 bag frozen meatballs
- 1 packet Campbell's Dinner Sauce Hawaiian Luau
- 20 oz can pineapple chunks
- Place meatballs and Dinner Sauce in slow cooker.
- Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 5-6 hours.
- Stir pineapple into the slow cooker 30 minutes before serving.
