Tacos come in all kinds of flavors and fusions–and that just makes them all the more delicious!
I’m a fan of tacos. They’re easy to make, easy to eat, and there are countless varieties to choose from. Tacos are one of those things, like sandwiches, that just never get boring!
Most of the time, we go with Tex-Mex flavors in our tacos. I love Tex-Mex food, but I love to switch things up too. These Korean BBQ Tacos are the perfect fusion of everything I love in a taco and all the flavors I want in Korean BBQ- at least in my opinion! I won’t make any claims that these are authentic Korean flavors, but I will say that at my house, they disappear awfully fast.

We love these topped with a nice slaw. You could pickle your slaw a little, or maybe use some sort of quick kimchi. Experiment and see what you like best!
