How do you like the new look of the site? If you’re reading in a reader or email, click over and have a look. Shannon at Eight Crazy Designs has done a fabulous job with the redesign. There are a few things I still need to tweak, but I’m thrilled with the new look. I’ll also be adding a recipe index soon. Well, as soon as I finish recategorizing all of my posts and since there are 619 that might take a while!
After taking a few weeks break, we’re back with Ingredient Spotlight. I’ll have a schedule to share with you soon, in case you like to know what’s coming. Today we’re focusing on broth. Canned broth is one convenience item I always like to keep on hand.
Here are a few of my recipes that use broth:
- Homemade Chicken and Dumplings
- Chicken Tacos in the Slow Cooker
- Chicken Smothered with Summer Vegetables on a bed of Couscous
- Hamburger Vegetable Soup
Now it’s your turn to share your recipes. Link up any recipe on your blog that uses broth. It doesn’t have to be a recent post, just be sure to link directly to your recipe, not just the main page of your blog. I only ask that you include a link back to Eat at Home in your post. You can link directly to this post or use the button in the sidebar.
Your new blog design looks cute!
Love the new look Tiffany! Congrats!
Thanks for hosting! Happy New Year!

What a beautiful and clean new look! I love it too 🙂
I’m so happy your doing this again. It was so much fun the last time. And I love the new blog design! It’s so fresh and pretty!
I like the look of the new blog design, but I wish it was a bit darker. I have a very hard time seeing the light blue and light green type. If you had a background color other than white, I would be able to see it easier. Love the website though. Keep up the good work!
I really like the new layout. It’s very simple and pleasing to the eye. I don’t have any specific recipes, but broth is a major staple. It’s great for just about everything (except cookies).
I love the new site design… so cute. I only wish that the “Category” section was at the top, rather than the bottom, so that it’s right there when I want to search, and I don’t have to scroll to the end.
Katie, I’m hoping that soon I’ll have a recipe index that should make it all easier.
I love your new design! Everything is so easy to get to..
