There’s an endless amount of ways to mix up the sandwich routine.
I think pita pockets are a great way to add variety to the idea of a sandwich. They are fun to stuff and great for throwing into a basket for a picnic lunch. (A plus is they don’t get squashed accidentally like sandwich bread can!)
There’s lots of ways to stuff a pita, but this recipe for Greek Chicken sounds perfect to me. The chance to use fresh ingredients from your garden is always great and these pitas just sound delicious!
