Would you believe that delicious fish took only 2 ingredients? It’s true!
The secret is Kraft Fresh Take. They are a cheese and crumb (some have panko crumbs, some bread crumbs) mix. You can do all kinds of things with them. I chose to do a simple coating on tilalpia and then bake. It made a crispy crust on the fish and added lots of flavor too. My family loved it!
On the back of the package I found a recipe for Crab Cakes that sounded marvelous. I’m going to have give that one a try soon.
You can find many other recipes for Kraft Fresh Takes on their site. They all look easy and delicious (and they aren’t all for fish either, those are just 2 that caught my eye).

We just tried the cheddar, jack and bacon one last night for dinner on chicken and it was really, really good! Can’t wait to try the lime/panko one on the fish tacos posted on their site…yummy and easy!

I love the Homemade Tilapia Tacos. They are so good. I had a coupon for the Kraft Fresh Take cheese, the Tilapia was on sale at my local market. This came out to be be less than $10 to feed 4 people. Everyone loved it. It was an wonderful twist from our usual Fish tacos. Easy to fix too. The pineapple pico was really good in this recipe.

Definitely would like to try the rosemary and garlic with a roast chicken; my husband alwyas asks what smells so good when I use rosemary…

I am in love with these lil packets. I have tried Chili Lime Panko and Savory Four Cheese. The first on tilapia and the second in burgers. Both we delish and I will be making again. As for the one I would LOVE to try next: Cheddar Jack and Bacon is my choice!!
