Since it’s Memorial Day and I’m in Magic Kingdom in Disney World, I do not have a menu for you today. Feel free to print off one of the menus I’ve already put together.
You might also want to check out Orgjunkie.com for a list of over 300 menus. I know you’ll find inspiration there. If you have a blog, you might want to link your menu up there too.
I hope you have a wonderful day, with warm and sunny weather! Leave a comment and let me know what you’re doing today. Are the kids in school, out of school? Are you picnicking or grilling? Are you working in the garden or doing housework?
Whatever you’re doing, I hope you have a wonderful day!

Tiffany,
I’m jealous you are at Magic Kingdom. Have a great time! We are putting steaks on the grill and just enjoying the day off.

Have a great day at Disney. Keep cool and hydrated. Orlando this time of year is awfully hot and humid.
Today we are heading over to the in-laws for BBQ. I made homemade chocolate chip cookies and vanilla ice cream. I can’t wait to eat.

My husband had to work today, but the kids are off school. I took the dog for a nice long walk and then my plan is to do some housework. When DH gets home, I’m making your bbq pepperjack chicken on the grill with some corn on the cob and leftover garlic potatoes. Maybe a salad. I’m grilling some non-pepperjack bbq drumsticks for the kids. Tonight we’ll watch Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs on Netflix. =D Have fun at Disney World!

I’m jealous you are at Disney – I’m planning for my son’s open house next week and things are getting hectic!
Love your website – lots of great recipes – easy too.
Enjoy your vacation!

Am reading this a day late…we had neighbors over, yesterday. We grilled hamburgers, Italian sausages, and bratwurst and I made the appropriate accompaniments…roasted peppers and onions for the Italian, Bavarian style sauerkraut for the brats and sauteed mushroom plus the regular stuff for the hamburgers. Also made a pasta salad, coleslaw, marinated cukes and baked beans. Made rhubarb squares for dessert. It was all yummy. Now, aren’t you sorry you asked?? 🙂
Have a blast on your holiday…we’ll keep a light on for you!
