A number of you have asked for a list of meatless meals to have during Lent. This is a list of my favorite vegetarian or meatless meals.
For some of the soups, you’ll need to substitute vegetable broth for the beef or chicken broth in order to make it vegetarian.
I’ve also included fish recipes on this list, even though I know that they aren’t vegetarian!

Thank you so much for thinking of us Catholics! Sometimes finding meatless meals that are still tasty and filling can be difficult. One thing I did want to mention–chicken and beef broth are actually okay for Catholics on Fridays during Lent, so no need to substitute. Again, thank you for your recipes and thoughtfulness!

My family just recently decided to try a Vegan diet. I was so sad when I thought I wasn’t going to be able to use your blog anymore! But a lot of these recipes are perfect for Vegans! Thanks!
