I’m so excited about sharing this new resource with you!
These meals are my “busy day emergency stash”. They keep us out of the drive-thru lane, but require minimal effort to get dinner on the table.
We’ve put together all of the Slow Cooker Freezer Meal plans from the last year into one big printable. Now you can get dinner organized and ready in just 1 hour for a whole week’s worth of meals. That’s about 10 minutes per meal!
Find out more by clicking here. And look for another volume to be released in the fall of 2015!

Hello, This looks great. Just a question here,
Do alot of these have cheese as a major item? My silly husband wont eat cheese lol. I know that some recipes I can just leave the cheese off,but how many is cheese the major item? Is it possible to tell me how many are like that. If you can’t I understand. Just wanted to make sure it wasn’t a waste of time. Thanks so much

Valerie, I went through to check all the recipes. There are a lot with no cheese. And there are a lot where they are served with cheese or the cheese can easily be omitted. There were only 2 I think that it would be harder – 1 is ravioli, but you could buy beef ravioli. The other had pesto sauce, which does have cheese in it. Hope that helps!

Can u tell me if the recipes have fish or tree nuts? We have allergies I have to work around.
Tiffany says
I don’t think any of the recipes have fish. And I don’t think they have tree nuts either. A few of the suggested side dishes may have nuts, but those could be left out.

Hello. Love this idea. My husband and I just moved into our new house and I’m trying to figure out ways to make a weekly meal plan. Only thing is, we are vegetarians and I was wondering if these were all non vegetarian recipes.
Tiffany says
Most of these meals are meat based. Looks like I need to work on pulling together some meatless meals for the freezer 🙂
Jessica says
I would get behind a meatless meals for the freezer! We both work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. My the time I get home after 5pm the last thing I want to do is stand over a stove a prepare dinner from scratch.

Hello,
Can you tell me if most of the meals are meat based? How many meals are vegetarian? Do you any meal plans that are plant based?
Tiffany says
Most of the meals are meat based. There are a few vegetarian meals, but not many in these plans.

How long can you keep the meals frozen? I cook for one and end up eating the same thing all week long …. 🙁
To freeze and store for another day would be great.
Tiffany says
Nina, you can keep them frozen for 3-6 months with no problem. After that, they are still okay to eat but may lose a little quality.

Could these recipes be made gluten free? I’m very interested, but with a GF child, I have to be sure they recipe purchase will be useful for us.
Tiffany says
Tracy, some of the recipes are gluten free, but not all of them for sure. If you want to try it, but find the recipes don’t work for you, just email me and I’ll give you a refund.
