Of all the seasonal foods found at this time of year, I think cranberries look the most holiday-like. They add so much color and flavor to recipes.
I’ve even seen people decorate with them. I’m a notoriously negligent and bad decorator, so I have no ideas for you. Maybe someone will link up something easy and pretty for us.
In just a couple of weeks, I’m going to get to see a cranberry bog and I’m super excited. Jim and I are heading to Disney World to celebrate our 25th anniversary (2 months early). The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival will be going on and as part of that, there is a cranberry bog. How cool!
Here are a few of my favorite cranberry recipes:
- Apples and Cranberries Baked in a Pumpkin – this is in my oven as I type.
- Cranberry Muffins with Orange Marmalade Glaze
- Apple Crisp in the Slow Cooker
- Cranberry Upside Down Cake – not the best photo, but the cake is wonderful.
I can’t wait to see all of your cranberry recipes and ideas. Link as many as you like, just be sure to include a link back to Eat at Home. You can use the button below, if you like.

We went to Disney World 3 weeks ago and the Food and Wine Festival was a blast! Seeing the bog was fun too! Our favorite booth was actually the South Korea booth!
