These sweet, savory Oven Fried Chicken breasts will become an instant family favorite! Packed full of delicious Asian flavors & easy to make, there will be no need to hang on to those take out menus!
I absolutely love fried chicken. One of my all time favorite comfort foods! But I hate going through the process of frying it up. It’s time consuming, messy & normally ends up with me injured. Which is exactly why I have grown to love oven fried chicken. You get all of the breaded goodness you love from traditional fried chicken in a whole lot easier version.
This chicken made the perfect weeknight supper. I was originally going to serve it up with rice on the side but decided, with the breading on the chicken, that might have ended up being too heavy of a meal. So I roasted up a simple side of broccoli & cauliflower (frozen, of course, cause that’s just how I roll) and then tossed them in the same sesame glaze that the chicken is glazed in. So if you’re looking for a new recipe to add to your menu rotation for take-out fake-out night, go ahead & try out this Asian Glazed Oven Fried Chicken!

I hope y’all enjoy this easy dinner idea!
This looks wonderful, and it combines two of my favorites, chicken and Oriental flavors. With beef and pork prices being so high, I serve a lot of chicken at my house, so always welcome a great new chicken recipe. I think this one will be landing on our plates this weekend. Thanks for sharing.
Loy, it’s fun to see your name in the comments! Hope all is well with you 🙂
