I love a dinner that tastes special, but takes hardly any time at all. This one definitely fits that category.
A drizzle of honey and butter contrast with the sharp lemon pepper taste. Pair this with 2 ingredient Garlic Cream Cheese Smashed Potatoes and a green veggie. It’s a quick dinner that tastes like you’ve gone all out with the cooking.
Here’s what you’ll need:
There are only 2 Tbs. of butter in the photo, but I ended up using 3 Tbs. A little extra butter is always a good thing.
Honey Lemon Pepper Salmon – 15 Minute Meal
Ingredients
- 4-6 salmon fillets
- 3 Tbs. butter melted
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
Instructions
- Place salmon on greased or buttered baking sheet.
- Drizzle butter and honey over the top.
- Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Did you just cook the salmon from frozen or thaw first?

I thawed it first. I think I prepped it on the pan and put it in the fridge until later in the day. At that point it was thawed and ready to cook.
