We love this at our house. It is beyond simple, takes less than 30 minutes from prep to table, and is an excellent alternative to traditional pizza that is easy to personalize for everyone’s taste.
- 1 French bread loaf
- Pizza sauce or leftover spaghetti sauce
- Toppings of choice- we usually do cheese and pepperoni
Cut the loaf in half and then slice each half open. This will give you four pizza loafs.
Place the bread quarters on a cookie sheet and slather sauce on each section of bread.
Top with your favorite toppings and place them in the oven at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbly- about 12 to 17 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
