I love fajitas, especially if they come with guacamole (please pardon the bad photo of the guac!). And being able to fix them in the slow cooker is added bonus!
If you’ve got a sharp knife to work with, this recipe should take all of 10 minutes to throw in the slow cooker. If you’re a fast chopper, you can do it in even less time. And the fantastic smell of the peppers and onions cooking, along with the fajita seasoning will have you anxious for dinner all day.
