Macaroni and Cheese is such a favorite. And I’m very excited to try this recipe for Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese from Mommy’s Kitchen!
Tina from Mommy’s Kitchen warns us that this is not a low-fat dish. But the rich ingredients pay off with big flavor and aroma. The recipe she shares called for cooked macaroni, but Tina says she made it with uncooked pasta and it turned out great. I think I would go with the uncooked too. It’s easier and there’s less risk of over-cooking and ending up with mush.
This would make a great recipe to round out a 4th of July cook out. I can’t wait to give it a try!
