If I had a do-over recipe it would be fudge that I tried to make one time. I was still living at home with my mom at 17/18 and she loved fudge, but never bought it cause it was so expensive. I looked through her cook books and found a recipe for never fail fudge. Needless to say, it lied. It turned into concrete in the pan and ruined it. I felt so bad, because she had just bought the set of pots and pans and they had set her back a good bit. Needless to say, I have NEVER tried to make fudge again!
