I made this recipe before heading out the door to church. You know it has to be fast if you can get it in the slow cooker before church!
I used chicken tenders and didn’t even bother to thaw them. You can use any cut of chicken that suits you. We kept the sides simple too, by slicing tomatoes and cucumbers. The herbs and parmesan gave plenty of flavor to the meal.
If you’ve got potatoes that are small enough, you can even skip cutting them. It’s another great way to save time when loading the slow cooker.
