75 Days of Summer Slow Cooker Meals EatAtHomeCooks

 

These French Dip Sandwiches use just a few ingredients.  You can have them in the slow cooker in a matter of minutes.

I used cube steaks, but you could also use round steak or another cut.  Place the steaks in the crock with green pepper, onion and a couple of other ingredients.  Then let it cook all day.

Top these with provolone or Swiss cheese and use the broth from the meat to dip.  Try serving them with Ranch Veggie Salad for a quick dinner.
