I love this idea of making Caramelized Onions in the slow cooker! I would never have thought to do that. But if you’ve ever made them on the stove top, you know it can take a long time to get to the caramelized stage.

I’m planning to try using these onions to make French Onion Soup. As soon as our weather cools down, I’ll be testing this idea. I can’t wait!

        OMG, made this with a batch of onions from the garden, they are awesome. My husband made a pork tenderloin for dinner tonight and we put the onion on it and it was great. Thank you so much. One cause I didn’t know what I was going to do with all those onions and two I didn’t know what I was going to do with all those onions, Ha. Thanks again.
