Tortillas are a pantry staple for good reason. They’re inexpensive and versatile.
I’ve got lots of recipes on this site that use tortillas. Here are a few from the past year:
Easy Crockpot Beef Fajitas – Your house will smell amazing while these cook.
Crockpot Chicken Fajitas – This is one of the most popular recipes on my site.
Italian Sausage Enchiladas – On this post, you’ll find the recipe for these, but also ideas for changing the recipe to use what you have in your pantry.
Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas start with boneless pork chops. These are a new family favorite.
I can’t wait to see your recipes that use tortillas. Link up as many as you like, but include a link back to Eat at Home.

I have made your pork carnitas in the past. They are very tasty! I froze the leftover meat and then later used it to make nachos. Super yummy!

Your chicken and ‘dumplings’ made with tortillas is one of my favorites! When searching for what to link up, the first two recipes I pulled up were actually from here 🙂

Thanks so much for spotlighting tortillas. They are definitely a staple in our house, but we get bored with them. I love the crock pot ideas and I am looking forward to trying these out!
