I have a thing for peanut butter. I’ve seriously considered starting a second blog called PB Sandwich 365. That could be fun. But it would also drive me nuts (pun intended) to have 2 blogs. I don’t think I could keep up.
Most of the peanut butter we eat in this house gets spread on bread, crackers, graham crackers or eaten with a spoon to cure hiccups. But peanut butter makes an awesome ingredient too. Here are a few of the recipes I have, including one for making your own homemade peanut butter.
