If you are looking for quick and easy, this recipe is exactly what you want.

When I made this recipe for Honey Mustard Chicken, it took me all of five minutes to get it into the crock pot. With just three ingredients (besides salt and pepper of course), you can hardly not have time to plop this into the slow cooker in the morning!

The good thing is, it has a lot of flavors, and it pairs super well with all sorts of garden veggies. I served it here with just-dug-from-my-garden potatoes and steamed carrots and broccoli. It was a hit!

I’m thinking there’s tons of ways you could serve this one.   I’ve done sides like these roasted potatoes, carrots and turnips, fresh steamed green beans and a nice salad. My family loves it!

    1. If the crockpot is pretty full, it will probably need high for 6 hours. If the crock is less than half full, you may get away with cooking on low. Also chicken with bones take longer to cook than boneless.
