These make for a super easy weeknight supper. Use your favorite bbq sauce. My kids like the sweet taste of Sweet Baby Ray’s.
You’ll need to grill a few boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Baste them with the babecue sauce while they cook. Then slice them up thin.
Saute onions and green peppers that you’ve sliced thin. Shake a little salt in while these cook.
Layer the grilled chicken, peppers and onions, shredded cheese and more barbeque sauce in a warmed tortilla. You’ll need plenty of napkins for this meal.

Looks good, I am going to give this a whirl! What do you serve it with?
Tiffany says
April, we usually eat it with fruit or chips and salsa, but I’ve also served it with hashbrown casserole and Hawaiian cole slaw. It would be good with quick cole slaw too.

Hey, If you`re low on cash, and have a bit of extra time, allrecipes.com has a great easy tortilla recipe! to buy the wraps in the store, typically cost me about $4-6 just to feed my family a meal! just the wraps! BUT, with a bit of extra time and work, I can cut that to pennies, and triple the number of wraps by making them myself!
give it a try!
