Do you need to make a dish that’s a little more elegant this summer but not sure you have the time? Good news! Your Slow cooker can help.
Risotto can sound a little intimidating. But this recipe from Jen over at The Bakerette takes on this classy Italian dish and turns it into something simple that you can throw together in your crock pot.
Risotto makes a great side to fish and you can serve it by itself too! The mushrooms mouth-wateringly good. But you could probably sub them out if you don’t like mushrooms as much as we do!
