I’ve never had carrot soup before, but this recipe from Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures looks great.  Lynn toned down the carrot flavor a bit by using some potatoes in the soup too.

This is an easy soup to make.  It meets my requirements for this series, meaning you can put all the ingredients in the crockpot, turn it on and go.  No pre-cooking necessary.
