Saturdays are my sandwich days. Usually I  have a hearty soup brewing all day. So I put together a delicious and easy sandwich for lunch. This recipe came about because I had some leftovers from a greek salad and frozen meatballs in the freezer. I thought hmm…that could work. And well, it worked. It was so good!

You’ll need:

  • A bag of frozen meatballs
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Feta
  • Dill and cucumber dip
  • Pita

Instructions:

  1. First things first, get the meatballs in the oven baking. Just follow the instructions on the bag.
  2. Chop up the lettuce and tomato.
  3. Once the meatballs are ready, let them cool. Then put everything in the pita pocket. And last but not least top with the dill and cucumber dip.
  4. Time to eat!
