Slow Cooker Sweet Korean BBQ Beef Haystacks

Slow Cooker Sweet Korean BBQ Haystacks

You know that I love my slow cooker, so when Campbell’s asked if I would try their new Slow Cooker Dinner Sauces of course I said yes.

I chose the Sweet Korean BBQ sauce. It’s as easy as opening the packet and adding it to the beef in the slow cooker.

I decided to serve the meat as haystacks. My kids loved it! I mean they really, really loved it. It’s been over a month since I made it and they’re still talking about that meal.

Part of what they loved was the slightly sweet and flavorful sauce on the meat. And they love rice, so having that with it was a bonus. Plus they were able to fix their plates the way they wanted, choosing the toppings they liked most.

Here’s what you’ll need to make Sweet Korean BBQ Haystacks:

  1. I tried the Campbell’s Sweet Korean BBQ and it had no taste at all. It was pretty disappointing.

  2. These sound really delicious. With the holiday season keeping me so busy, I am definitely using my slow cooker a lot.

  3. I made my own sauce, since all the ingredients are in my pantry, anyway. The flavor is wonderful. It’s healthier for you, too.

How would you make the Korean Sauce? I don’t do processed food. I am gluten free and they usually have some chemicals in the. I have loved Korean food in the past.
