Before we get to the highlights from Ingredient Spotlight, I wanted to share a Facebook tip. If you’ve liked the Eat at Home Facebook page, but are not seeing updates in your news feed, follow these steps. Go to the EaH Facebook page (or any page you’d like to see in your news feed), click on “Liked” at the top of the page, on the drop down menu that appears check “show in news feed”.
Now for some berry goodness! There’s still time to link up your recipes in Ingredient Spotlight: Berries. Here a few that caught my eye:
Raspberry Rhubarb Slab Pie from Crumbs and Chaos looks amazing.
I’ll take a slice of this Brownie ‘n Berries Dessert Pizza from Hoosier Homemade.
Blueberries and Cream Cake from Flour Me With Love would be a great way to start the day.
Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls from Finding Joy in My Kitchen is a tasty twist on the original.
Fruity Breakfast Burritos from Once a Month Mom would make a great morning snack, especially on these hot days we’re having now.
The flavor combination of these Lemon Blueberry Gingersnap Cheesecakes from The Sweets Life sounds like a winner.
I hope you have a marvelous weekend!

I had so much fun with all these berries!! This week, along with the oat week, are my favorites! Thanks for highlighting my blueberry cinnamon rolls… we might need to schedule these on our menu this week.

You had so many good recipes for berries! Look for another Oat Week later in the fall, maybe in October 🙂
