Easter is coming up quick. If you’re still looking for ideas to round out your brunch or dinner, I’ve got a list for you. Whenever I put together a list like this, I can see just what a dessert lover I am. This list is low on side dishes and main dishes, but there are plenty of salad, dessert and brunch ideas. I’ve got a sweet tooth. I can’t help it.

Desserts

Try this fake Au gratin Potatoes
6-8 potatoes sliced
1 stick of butter cubes
1 can of evaporated milk
Place potatoes in greased pyrex casserole dish, poor evaporated milk on top of potatoes, then butter on top, salt/pepper. Then cook at 350 for approximately 1 hr. Yum!

I made the Hashbrown Casserole for Easter dinner this weekend and it was a hit! Everyone loved it and there was even enough leftover for me to have some for breakfast this morning. It will definitely be a repeat dish in my house! Thanks for the recipe!
