It’s time for another twist on a classic loaded baked potato!
This time, put a little Southwest or Mexican flair into your pulled pork. Use it to top a baked potato and add some cilantro and fresh salsa (garden tomatoes overflowing yet, anyone?) and you’ve got yourself a pretty satisfying and wonderful dinner favorite!
