This is one of those recipes that sounds so strange, but tastes so good! The chicken is perfectly moist and so full of flavor.

This was really good. I used chicken thighs with the skin and bones and they were so tender. Next time I will use sauerkraut from the bag, and cut back just a bit on the red pepper.
