Slow cookers aren’t just for main dishes. I use mine for side dishes too, and these Honey Glazed Carrots are one of our favorites.
I originally posted this at Thanksgiving time, but they are good any time of year. You will want to use a small crockpot to cook them, unless you making them for an army. I use a 2 quart slow cooker. If you use a slow cooker that’s too big, it will cook the carrots too quickly and you’ll end up with much for dinner.
Pair these Honey Glazed Carrots with pork tenderloin or pork chops. Or throw a ham steak on the grill and serve them with that.
