I have been loving International Delight’s new iced coffee. Oh my goodness! It is so creamy with coffee-perfect taste. Love it! I have to limit myself to a small glass a day or I’d drink the entire carton. If you haven’t tried it yet, please do. It’s my favorite new treat.
The other day I opened the fridge to pour myself a glass of it, when an idea popped in my mind. Lucky me (and you and anyone else who makes this)!
Homemade ice cream using International Delight’s iced coffee! It only took 3 ingredients and 30 minutes to make. And it tasted fantastic. If we’d had more patience, I could have put it in the freezer to harden and it would have dipped up in nice scoops. We decided to eat it soft-serve style instead of waiting. Delicious!
