My youngest daughter and I made these for lunch one day. They’re quick to make and a scrumptious way to eat veggies.
They’re out of this world. No really, they are. See the martian below.

I will be making these again sometime. The cheese along with the biscuit dough reminded me of a warm version of veggie pizza. Only puff shaped.
The short cut ingredient in this recipe is Birds Eye Steamfresh veggies. They cook in their own bag in the microwave. No chopping or extra dish washing required. This makes it perfect for cooking with kids.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Creamy Cheesy Veggie Puffs
Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated biscuits 8 count
- 2 bags 12oz Birds Eye Steamfresh veggies, any variety, divided
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Cook veggies according to package directions.
- Separate each biscuit into 2 pieces.
- Roll each into a 4 inch round and place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Stir 3 cups of veggies, Swiss cheese, cream cheese and yogurt together in a bowl. (Serve extra veggies along with the puffs.)
- Put 1/4 cup veggie mix on each of 8 biscuit rounds.
- Top with the remaining biscuits. Press to seal edges.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
