I love muffins. I love them even more than cupcakes. Probably because they are so quick to make. It’s almost instant gratification from the time the muffin idea pops in your head until you’re pulling them from the oven.
Of course, not all muffins are the sweet variety. They are delicious savory versions that can round out and stretch a meal.
Here’s a list of muffin recipes gathered from this site and all around the web too. Enjoy!

Hi,
I was looking at your muffin recipes. They look yummy! I’m also looking for a coconut muffin maybe with mini choc chips added. Have you ever heard of something like that? I thought maybe replacing the liquid with coconut milk then add either maybe a streusel with toasted coconut and a drizzle of chocolate. What do you think? Do you have any suggestions? I have tried a couple of your recipes and passed on your site to come friends.
Thanks,
Terri

Terri, wow! That sounds really good. I may try to do a little experimenting with that idea myself. If you give it a try, let me know how it goes.

Wait, where is recipe for the blueberry orange glaze muffins? I was drooling at the name and had a heart attack seeing the picture, but I don’t see a link for that recipe. Was it just a combination of the orange glaze from the cranberry muffins and a standard blueberry muffin recipe? Thanks much, this is a fabulous list!

Would these recipes work with whole wheat flour instead of all purpose or would you have to make any adjustments?
Tiffany says
Susan, I’m not sure which recipe you’d like to use whole wheat flour in. You can substitute for most recipes. The texture of the muffin will be heavier though.
