I used to work in a restaurant when I was in high school. It was a cafeteria and usually I served as either the veg girl or the meat girl. Eventually, I worked my way up to the kitchen, where Swiss Steak was the first recipe I learned to make.
This Swiss Steak from Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures makes use of the slow cooker to keep your kitchen cool.
I love the simplicity of Lynn’s recipe. Serve this over rice or with Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes. Don’t forget a green salad or veggie.
Lynn also has a gluten free version of this recipe for you. Click here to see the recipe for Slow Cooked Swiss Steak.
