I have to admit that I really don’t like mushrooms. But I know a lot of you do. And if you are a mushroom eater, then I think that drizzling them with butter and ranch seasoning is definitely the way to go! I saw these Parmesan Ranch Mushrooms on Pinterest one day and I knew I had to share them with you.
This is an easy way to make a side dish or steak topping. Grill your steak, top with the ‘shrooms and serve with baked potatoes and a green salad. What a meal!
