It’s that time of year!

I’ve never planted zucchini.  It seems kind of silly, when others are trying to get rid of their excess.  Besides, our garden doesn’t grow very well and it would be seriously embarrassing if we discovered that we can’t even grow zucchini!

Here are some of my favorite recipes using this prolific veggie:

Now it’s your turn.  Let’s get creative with zucchini!  Link up any recipe on your blog that uses this veggie.  It doesn’t have to be a recent post, just be sure to link directly to your recipe, not just the main page of your blog.  I only ask that you include a link back to Eat at Home in your post.  You can link directly to this post or use the button in the sidebar.

  2. Yay! I have a recipe to share this time. Thanks for hosting. You made me laugh with this: “it would be seriously embarrassing if we discovered that we can’t even grow zucchini!”

    Have a great day, Tiffany!

  3. Today I am bringing a recipe for Sweeties, a goodie made with diced zucchini rather than shredded. My daughter recently gave me a giant zucchini so this was a great use for part of it. I just sliced it, removed the middle seedy part and diced up the remaining zucchini meat. You can make these with or without the add cocoa. Tiffany, as usual, thanks for hosting. Have a great week.
