I’ve been looking forward to this Ingredient Spotlight for a long time. Cake mix is one of my favorite ingredients. It can be so much more than what it appears.
Not that we should ever frown on a simple 9×13 cake made according to the back of the box, but there are all kinds of things you can do with a cake mix.
