Eat at Home Tonight Challenge Day 1

It’s Eat at Home Tonight Challenge Day 1 and the kick-off to our week-long Cookbook release party! Here are the basics on what this week will look like …

Join the Challenge!

The goal is for us to eat at home for 6 of the next 7 days. That’s it! You can use whatever recipes you choose, but I’ll be cooking thru recipes from the Eat at Home Tonight Cookbook that was released yesterday.

Grab your copy of Eat at Home Tonight

If you don’t have your copy yet, you can always order one online thru Amazon or WalMart too. And be sure to sign up for the Challenge and you’ll receive a grocery list and 2 of the recipes from Eat at Home Tonight. The other recipes on the grocery list can be found in the cookbook.

Again, you are not required to use recipes from the new cookbook to participate!

Challenge Day 1 Facebook Live

Follow along on Facebook Live every morning at 11 am EST where I’ll be cooking a recipe from the cookbook and answering any questions you might have. If you can’t watch live, then be sure to catch the replay.

To make it even more fun, you’ll want to join the private Facebook group for those taking the challenge. We’ll be sharing dinner plans, tips and tricks and prizes.

Daily Giveaways

That’s right there will be daily giveaways throughout the challenge, and they’re great prizes too! Our challenge day 1 prize is a knife and cutting board.

prize knife

If you’ve spent much time around Eat at Home, you know that a sharp knife is one of my favorite tips for making dinner quickly. And since we’re talking about getting dinner on the table quickly, it seems like a perfect thing to give away!

And how to enter

You can find all the details for joining the Challenge  AND the Facebook group so you can be entered in the drawing for the daily giveaways.

I’ll see you over there and be sure to let us know what’s for dinner at your house tonight!
