I love this recipe because it’s not just easy, but filled with vibrant colors and good flavors that get my mouth watering as I’m putting it together. Plus, who doesn’t love a delicious sauce over pasta? I make my own sauce in this recipe, and if you can, use peppers fresh from your garden or a local source. They add so much more to the dish than the older ones in the super market.
