I’m thinking about using that for a potato dish rather than the chicken.
My mom makes a recipe like this but uses hamburger and bakes it in the oven. We called it burger casserole. Its like a bacon cheese burger with fries all in one! Love the chicken, never thought to use it! I’ll be trying it!
