These Balsamic Chicken Salad Sandwiches from Add a Pinch look fantastic!  Robyn says they were her husbands idea, and what a good idea he had!

They have cream cheese in them.  That’s probably the first thing that makes them amazing.  Who doesn’t love cream cheese?  (Okay, my Dad thinks he doesn’t like it, but we manage to put it in all kinds of things he loves.  We just don’t tell him about it.)

Sandwiches are perfect for summer, but the cold cuts can get tiresome.  I love all these different slow cooker sandwich recipes we’ve been finding.

These would be great served with sweet potato chips and Tomato and Artichoke Heart Salad.
